Finding the Way Forward
In therapy, the client is the expert in their own life, it’s just that dealing with so many of life’s challenges means it can be hard to believe that, to see the way forward, or make it work out how you want. Many people reach a stage where they aren’t sure what they want, or feel that the life they’re living isn’t who they are anymore, and it can be disturbing because they don’t know how to move forward, closer to what they might want, or even how to find it.
I provide a safe and equal, collaborative and skilled space where I work with you, the client, to unravel whatever has been causing difficulties, to identify your truly individual needs or wants, and find ways to achieve these things. Some people may have practical goals, others want a greater sense of self-acceptance, or to understand things more, or come with terms with things, and feel stronger – truly, everyone is different.

In my practice, we would collaborate to determine the best way to assist you with your current problem. Person-Centred Therapy, Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Trauma Informed Practice are among the theories I have expertly integrated. I would welcome individuals from the age of sixteen to my practice.
